 This ground floor studio apartment is situated in a quiet area close to the Radisson SAS Hotel on the left bank of the River Daugava. It is approximately seven minutes walk from Old Riga over Akmens Tilts "Stone Bridge". For those who prefer, it is one stop on the frequent tram!

  The apartment is warm & cosy ... even in the middle of winter when it's minus 20 outside! It is ideally suited for a couple although it is fully equipped for up

  to four people. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed. Bed linen &

  towels are provided.

  The brick apartment building is over 100 years old and has seen the rise of communism, the German occupation, the Russian occupation and finally

Prices are fully inclusive - all you would need to add is food and drink.... if you wanted to 'eat in' ... there is a small shop nearby!

 There are very reasonably priced cafes' within a few minutes walk and more

 than 50 within 15 minutes walk.... even two McDonalds if you really need them!

It has a private entrance from the street, metal entrance door and has a fitted kitchen with fridge, gas cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle etc. There is an iron, ironing board hair drier and other useful things! There is also a PC with fast free un-restricted internet access, television and radio/CD player.
