Apartment owners, would you like to advertise with us?

If you are an owner and have an apartment you would like to advertise on this site..Send an e-mail to:  owner@rigaholidays.com with brief details and

a photograph if possible, your contact details and we will contact you to arrange a visit to your apartment to take some photographs and discuss how we can help you.

There is no charge for listing your apartment until we receive a booking on your behalf when we would take a 10% commission of the total price.

plus 2.5% of any money paid by credit or debit card by your customer, with a minimum of 1.5 Euro (1.LVL)

For Example:

We accept a booking on your behalf for 3 nights at 45 Euros per night = 135 Euros. Your customer pays 33.75 Euros (25% deposit) by credit card to Riga Holidays HVS and pays the 75% (101.75 Euros) balance to you on arrival at your apartment or via credit card to us 7 days in advance whichever you prefer.

We pay you 20.25 Euros after your guests have arrived at your

apartment plus the 75% balance if this was paid by credit card.

The cost to you for advertising on line and booking of your apartment is only

13.50 Euros

To take full advantage of this service we can add a link to our interactive calendar and booking service so that your customers can book

and pay on-line.
